Episode 27, What's Law Got To Do With It

As the protests over the death of George Floyd have morphed into a larger conversation about policing in America, the Trump administration has responded by sending federal officers into cities throughout the country. One of the most disturbing parts of this has been unknown officers abducting people off the street and throwing them into unmarked vans. On this episode, Stephen and Nick have brought back guest contributor Grant Miller who is a defense attorney practicing in Utah. We talk about the legality of these actions and the overall trend of degradation of our freedoms in the Bill of Rights.
